- In the event that the lessee does not request an extension of the contract, or the facility does not agree to the extension. The lessee shall bear additional costs for the additional period stated in the contract until the car is returned to the facility or retrieved by it, equivalent to 100% (one hundred percent) of the daily rental value if the delay exceeds four hours.
