Project for Branch Managers at the Ministry of Sports

The workshop, organized in cooperation with the Institute of Leadership Development, aims to develop the work and performance of the ministry’s branches in various regions of the Kingdom. It will address the concept of creative leadership and the key elements of creating innovative leaders, as well as how to create a motivating and evolving work environment within the branches. Additionally, it will involve developing plans to improve the work of the branches and their employees in order to serve sports and athletes across the cities of the Kingdom. Specialized lecturers in this field will participate in the workshop. It will include open meetings between branch managers and ministry agents to discuss the main challenges and difficulties facing the branches and find appropriate solutions.
