Trainers Workshop – Program for the First Resident Minister of Sports

The Human Resources Development Fund, represented by the Hadaf Leadership Program, will be holding a training program next Sunday in Riyadh, in cooperation with the Institute of Leaders’ Preparation affiliated with the Ministry of Sports, to develop the skills of future leaders in the sports sector. The collaboration between the Institute and the Fund aims to provide practitioners in the sports sector with the necessary knowledge and skills to improve the performance level of employees in sports facilities and fields, and to enhance their leadership capabilities to ensure their sustainability. The 5-day program seeks to empower private sector establishments, through building national leadership competencies, and equipping them with team leadership and business leadership skills, as well as benefiting from global models and experiences in developing leadership and activating effective leadership principles.

The program is based on the transfer of global experiences and the activation of effective and impactful principles through numerous practical cases and projects, the transfer of best global practices, guidance, follow-up, and direct or virtual simulation.
