How can you benefit from the services of the Executive Office?

In a previous article, we mentioned the services provided by the Executive Office and the extent of benefit you get by subscribing to the various services provided by the Office. In this article, we show you how you can benefit from these services and how to subscribe.

Subscription steps

• Log in to the official page of the Executive Office.
• Choose the desired package type.
• Corporate Membership is a membership for corporate owners.
• The commercial registration number must be available.
• Determine the required services in the package.
• Then pay the subscription fee.
• Vip Membership duration varies from one to three years.
• Then the identity type (residence – national identity – passport – Gulf Cooperation Council) is determined.
• Choose a personal package or register as a family.
• Then enter the required data and pay the subscription.

Subscription terms and conditions

• The subscriber’s age is at least 18 years old.
• The guest has the right to delete and add an affiliate to the membership only once during the validity of the membership period.
• The possibility of upgrading the package with full payment of the membership fee difference, regardless of the remaining period and without any change in the expiry date of the membership.
• Subscription is activated upon receipt of the full membership amount.
• The possibility of adding dependent relatives within the package of the main member (dependent) as the rest of the family members within the number of the selected package, with the submission of a copy of the dependency deed when submitting the subscription application.
• The possibility of adding adopted children within the package of the main member (the adopter) like the rest of the family members within the number of the selected package, with the submission of a copy of the adoption deed when submitting the subscription application.
• The guest has the right to refund the full membership amount or the difference in the value of adjusting the package if the membership is not used within the first five days for new subscriptions only from the date of activation of the membership.
• The main membership holder can add companions to the membership in return for the fees approved by the Executive, and the companions are not entitled to use and travel through the executive lounges except with one of the main members of the membership.

Obligations and responsibilities of the Executive Office subscribers

• Registering for services through the means approved by the Executive before the travel date. Not less than three hours before the scheduled flight time, in the case of arrival or departure.
• Provide the required and correct documents and information when requesting the service and when he is in the executive lounges. Update them whenever there is a change to them and/or he is requested to do so.
• Pay the required fees through approved channels and any financial dues for additional services.
• Dealing with respect with the executive lounge visitors and employees, by the general ethics in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Appearance and decent behavior inside the executive lounges, by the rules of public taste.
• Never smoke except in places designated for that purpose only.
• Use the executive’s facilities and property without harming or damaging them.
• Not photographing for advertising or publicity, whether directly or indirectly (except after obtaining the written and official approval of the Executive Management and the official authorities at the airport) or violating the privacy of the Executive lounge visitors.
• Applying the policies and requirements of the carrier airlines, such as disclosing any special needs of the guest when registering a service request, such as providing a wheelchair.
• Disclosure of his onward journey (transit), as this requires the registration of a new request (for the service of using the lounge for the onward journey).
• Disclosure of any change in the flight if you wish to cancel the service reservation to avoid any liability.
• The guest is provided by the responsible employee with information about his flight at the time of service. For example, but not limited to the time of boarding the plane, and the responsibilities of the executive lounges are released once the guest is provided with all the information promptly.
• Arrive at the executive lounges at least 90 minutes before the flight time to take advantage of the service.
• Applying the regulations of the General Authority of Civil Aviation and airports, and adhering to the security and safety regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
